The F2 takes me to InsydeH2O setup utility, but I am not sure which BIOS I am running. But due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages prior to that I may have accidentally gotten rid of the XP partition that was on it. Plug it into your Aspire One, press power, press F2 at the ACER screen, and navigate to Boot option. Just for kicks I installed Android x86 on it to try it out.
